White Queso Dip
Ingredients:
¼ to ½
cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
½ pound white American cheese
3 slices Pepper Jack cheese
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
4 oz. can diced green chili
1.
Heat ¼ cup milk
with butter
in
a saucepan over low heat
and
stir until melted.
2.
Cut up both
cheeses into
smaller
pieces.
3.
Add cheese to
the warm milk
and
heat on low stirring until
cheese
is melted; bout 3 to 4
minutes.
4.
Remove from heat
and stir in
spices
and green chili.
5.
Serve warm with
you favorite chips.
